~New Update!~ (SYI and bots)

I have recently felt the urge to try what I had once failed (the past is the past, right?)
Well anyhow. The thing that I... failed... Was making it so that only 1 person could be logged into the server at a time.
I did it
So there are a few ways to look at this:
1) There will no longer be SYI spammers logging into the server and... spamming.
2) You're family cannot play on the server while you are.
3) You can no longer make a bunch of accounts just to trade the tiny ::starter to your poor bank.
