This gets annoying, and i forgot to say this, WHY DO THE OLD MEMBERS STILL CHECK BUT DONT POST!?

To answer your questions:
1) To my knowledge, Oceanscape is not and will not be coming back. It is, unfortunately, over.
2) New people register because they find the forums and don't understand how to play (mostly because it's not possible), so they create an account and ask me questions.
3) Though I can't speak for all of the old members that log in from time to time, I personally do it because these are still my forums and I miss the good times that we had back in the day :s

Mhmm I'm gonna make that forum thing I made a clan. I just need to work out some things on it, and then get more members and it will be official! And I hope it does come back.
